The hotel itself was great, staff was awesome and helpful, buy the backside of the hotel which later found out that it's the employee exit, was on a block where there were strip clubs and men hanging out. As women, we didn't feel safe, but once we got on the main street, it was ok.

Loved my stay, very glad I paid for the valet service. I would not have felt safe walking to the hotel from public parking areas. Breakfast each.morning had many fresh and delicious options with atten̈tive staff to ensure there was plenty of food for all the guests. The half kit hen was great to store, refrigerate, and heat up food. The old structure was well insulated, so noise from inside and outside was minimal, while being remodeled with up-to-date amenities.

We were in town as visiting fans to see a baseball game. The location was perfect, an easy walk to Oriole Park, and the aquarium, restaurants and everything else we wanted to check out. The room was spacious and clean. Interactions with the staff, and the process of checking in, checking out, valet parking etc. were all flawless, everything you would hope for. We had a perfectly lovely stay, and the price was appropriately reasonable.

The valet people are amazing! The front desk people I interacted with were kind. Only thing is they are not very accommodating when you ask for a cot but otherwise my stay here was very nice.

This was a few blocks from the inner harbor. CLEAN, nice, quiet hotel. Stayed here with 2 kids under 4--would highly recommend. Breakfast in the morning was great and the entire place is CLEAN CLEAN CLEAN. Would go back again! :)

Staff at the lobby was very very unkind. She didn't even say hello or welcome us. The first impression about this hotel was that lady. Then she was smiling and chatting with another hotelier. Please be very careful. Aug. 8.24. Afternoon.

This hotel is absolutely beautiful inside and the staff is amazing. The rooms have high end furnishings, clean, spacious and comfortable. Within VERY quick and easy walking distance to the inner harbor One warning: People who are driving to the area should get directions from the front desk. Do not just follow GPS. It is VERY close to a strip club with loitering drug addicts and prostitutes. If you don't know where you're going, suddenly you're in the thick of it. Even with that local "flavor", would definitely recommend and stay again.

The property is a gem in the city. The exterior does not look like a Ritz Carlton hotel or Waldorf Astoria because it is a historical building. An old bank probably? For the price that I paid, I got what I wanted. Everything is excellent - the staff, the service, the room and the breakfast. It is in Baltimore so the location comes with some problems (homelessness as the main thing). Although it is about 2 blocks from the Inner harbor, the next block behind the hotel is not pleasant. Just try to avoid walking there and just focus on the Inner Harbor attractions.
