I’ve stayed at the property about 4 times while traveling for business and I believe it’s declining in service and comfort. This time I my room had very cold tiles in winter, the shower barely worked and water was cold, the pillows were extremely hard. Service is not much better. Front desk barely looks at you and no one even asked how my stay went. Won’t be staying there again
