If you want a luxury stay in Baltimore, book The Ivy. Full stop. These folks understand luxury and excellent customer service. From the moment we pulled up and met the valet, I knew they were on point. The valet quickly assisted with our bags and led us to the elevator. When we stepped off, the concierge greeted us by name with a welcoming smile and offer of champagne. I could go on about all the details, but you just need to come experience it. One more bit: my wife is gluten free, and our in-room snacks were custom tailored to meet that need. On point. Also, when they say "all inclusive," they mean it. Tips are included. Alcohol is included. Snacks included. Delicious hot breakfast included. You'll gain weight while staying here, but you'll have a great time!!! If we ever need to come back to Baltimore, The Ivy will be our HQ.

I stayed here on a previous visit and felt the service was just a tad better that time. I was escorted directly to my room by the concierge and I didn't have to confirm that a reservation was made since the concierge made sure to email me in advance to let me know my request had been taken care of. The air conditioning and automatic lights in my room didn't work. But overall it was a great stay.
