Womderful Accomidations and Staff

The sgagf was amazing and the room was as well. The only detractor was that the.air conditioning didn't quite cool the room effectively. We mentioned that upon checkout.

Really lovely hotel ideal for families. The staff are very helpful and go far beyond their duties to help guests and make their stay as comfortable as possible. Food is great and the hotel is clean and hygienic. I would recommend staying here. We were particularly impressed by Heri, Dede (7th floor), Choirul, Rusli, Maya, Ditiya , Ficky, Ahmad Yani, Chef Hardi, Novel, Fatmawati, Desinda, Maria, Samwell , Tubagus, Naris, Nabila (Chef), Nabila (restaurant), Iis, Fitri, Maria, Hilda, Bella, Agil, Agus, Dedi, Deni, Hardi, Dora, Syahrul .... and many more !

Good hotel in Lampung

The hotel is ok, room is ok, breakfast is ok and the hotel staffs are ok. However i booked non smoking room but i got smoking room. The toilet have to be checked because the smell is not good.

a four star hotel with 2 star qualities, poor breakfast, dirty in room cups and spoons, dark lightng in the room

New Year in Bandar Lampung....

The hotel was nice and the staff welcoming. The room was spacious and clean. Overall the service was fine, however the breakfast menu could stand a refresh as some items were more for lunch or dinner than breakfast.
