The hotel is located near other eateries and supermarket thus making it very convenient

We had a lovely stay at Four points, Desaru, (2 adults, 4 children in 2 rooms). Excellent service and lovely breakfast spread. Parking felt safe and the neighbourhood had many shops and areas to eat too. Would recommend!

The service standard of the hotel staff is up to the standard expected of Marriott Bonvoy branding. Only on 2 aspects which I think the hotel can do better.
(a) There is no air conditioning at the corridor outside the hotel rooms throughout the 3-day stay. I'm unsure if it has malfunctioned or was shut down due to maintenance or to save energy. This has caused some discomfort to the hotel guests and I have never encountered such an issue at other hotel chains.
(b) There should be a proper shower screen seal strip provided at the shower screen to prevent water from splashing out to the dry area within the toilet. The current setup will cause inconvenience to the guests.
