Ridiculous

We arrived late and had a hard time getting in..you have to wait till exactly the time of check in...then when my partner got in tge shower I heard a loud percussion noise and the shower head had exploded and dumped dirt all over the bathroom..we put it back together and used the second shower head instead...then the toilet wouldn't fill with water and flush..it was alot to happen on just a 12 hour stay...also a worker knocked on the door 2 hours before our scheduled check out to ask us what time we wete checking out..which was clearly posted in the hallway...won't be coming back

Our property is valid for 12 hours stay and will have additional charges for staying extra hour and we are very particular on our guests requested check in and out time as we won't be charging our guest without informing them. We would like to thank you for choosing us for your accommodation needs while transiting in Brunei and we surely will improve our services and have a great day.

The check in was a breeze as we arrived super late and no one was in the front desk. They made sure tho that the code for the door was there and we could get in easily. The communication they provided was so clear that we didn’t have any dramas at all.

Good for refreshing up before the next flight. Bed was rock hard and bathroom wasn’t very clean. Wanted to boil water but water from tap was brown. Check-in not very easy as i was told someone will greet us there, but when we arrived it was just the cleaner and he seems blurry, room not ready, and took a while to figure out. Overall we still had a good rest before our next flight.
