Not too far from the airport by taxi only
Publié le 22 déc. 2016 sur HotelsEasy to find , not too far from the Airport. We rented a car from the airport it is the best way to move around the Kingdom. The staff was a bit lost but nice the room are spacious, double bed very good, the cleaning is done every day, coffee,tea facilities, TV, hot water shower, aircon. The super market is just a cross the hotel . And next to the hotel there is a small restaurant with good food and cheap.

Everything was ok except it will be better if reception can check the ordering details during check in.

The rooms are quite clean. friendly staffs. They've helped me and gave me useful information. There are a big supermarket, restaurants and coffee café are near the hotel. It's a bit far from the the attractions but it's suitable for the guests who want to stay the quiet place. But it's not a big problem because I used the Dart (the application like Grab or Uber) to go anywhere. It's very convenient.

Bathroom fan is on 24/7.
Shower doors broken won’t close.
Lack of hot water (6 min max).
Extremely Leaky toilet.
Leaky bidet hose.
Broken air conditioner remote.
Loud generator sounds throughout the day/night.
Kettle cannot fit under the sink at all to refill water.
Lacking “do not disturb” door sign.
Loud sounds from water pipes.
Cafe inside the hotel doesn’t operate.
Cafe outside of the hotel is cash only.
Stray dogs wandering around.

Older but clean hotel, good cafe around the corner and big supermarket across the road.

Transit hotel ok, anything else look elsewhere.
Publié le 23 janv. 2019 sur HotelsShuttle bus from airport to hotel departed late, we had to wait for more than 1 hour for all the hotel guest to arrive at the waiting area. The bus did not have any space for our luggage. Had to find another van to bring us to the hotel. No lift to the rooms, had to leave bags in the reception. Almost midnight by the time we checked in - too tired, no change of clothes, room bed and furniture looks old. Air-con blew at best luke warm air and bath/toilet has seen better days. Simple breakfast, if paying better eat at cafe outside hotel.

Far from Happening Gadong area. Hotel look bit tired. Room was very big. I would suggest to find something in Gadong Center near The mall.
All together was not bad experience.
