Ruhig aber nicht abgeschieden
Wie schon mehrfach beschrieben ist die vermieterin sehr nett und freundlich. Wir haben das rustikale Häuschen zu zweit genutzt. Zwei Gäste mehr hätten auch gut Platz gehabt. Das Internet funktionierte praktisch kaum; ist wohl falsch konfiguriert. Allerdings steht auch ein brauchbares WIFI beim Haupthaus zur Verfügung. Das Problem soll demnächst behoben werden. Der östliche Nachbar hat zwei ziemlich aggressive Hunde, welche auch schon mal frei herum laufen. Wir durften den Pool benutzen und genossen die Ruhe. In wenigen Minuten ist man zu Fuss in der Ortschaft. Wir konnten den Aufenthalt in dieser Trauben Erntezeit sehr geniessen. Es wsr gensu das, was wir gesucht hatten.

Authentique séjour au pied des vignes .
Cadre typiquement provençal. , hôte accueillant ,disponible et fort sympathique pour rendre le séjour des plus agréables avec une expérience unique d'une trempette dans l'eau rafraîchissante de la fontaine gallo- romaine au pied de la maison . Toute la famille était ravie et espère renouveler cette belle expérience.

Sommerglück in der Provence
Das Ferienhäuschen ist geschmackvoll und funktional eingerichtet und liegt umgeben von Weinfeldern am Rand des reizvollen Städtchens La Cadrière d`Azur. Die Besitzerin ist herzlich, großzügig und hilfsbereit.

Schöne Gegend in ruhigem Häuschen
Ich wurde herzlich willkommen geheißen. Das Ferienhaus liegt direkt neben dem Haus der Besitzerin. Es ist schlicht und einfach gehalten, aber niedlich und landschaftlich fantastisch gelegen. Das Bett ist sehr bequem. Das Schlafzimmer hat einen Heizung und Klimaanlage. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, ist aber sehr kalt. Insgesamt war es kalt. Abends wenn die Heizung abgestellt wurde, war es zu kalt im Wohnzimmer, so ging ich früh ins Bett. Leider tat es mein Kühlschrank nicht und die Hälfte der Zeit musste ich ohne auskommen. Dann kümmerte sich die Besitzerin und sie kaufte einen neuen. Kein Wifi wie versprochen. Zu Beginn wenn die Besitzerin nicht da war, ging ich in ihr Haus, was nicht sehr bequem war.Aber in der Weihnachtszeit war es ein Problem. Meistenteils benutzte ich mein eigenes Datenvolumen. Die Vermieterin sagte, sie würde sich für die Zukunft darum kümmern. Das Sofa war auch sehr unbequem. Da ich die Abende zuhause verbrachte, war das nicht so schön. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, aber sie ist nicht immer da.

Séjour parfait au cœur des vignes
Nous avons passé un séjour parfait dans ce petit mas provencal niché au cœur des vignes. Idéalement situé à proximité de la mer et des vignes. Joëlle est une hôte aux petits soins avec les résidents. Ses conseils sont précieux et sa communication est très réactive. Nous recommandons vivement son bien.

Accueil très sympa de la propriétaire, très disponible. appartement pas très propre; les locataires précédents n'ont pas ou peu fait de ménage, et pas vidé la poubelle des toilettes avec le papier qu'il ne faut pas mettre dans les WC, c'était peu ragoutant. l'emplacement de la maison était parfait car proche de la mer et de lieux touristiques.. la maison est rustique

Fidèle à ce lieu inscrit dans mon cœur, je suis sous le charme, chaque année j y retourne. Lieu réservé aux rêveurs, aux poètes, aux âmes en quête de paix, de solitude. Ensuite, bien sûr une famille avec enfants peut vivre l aventure ( à 15 mn des plages ou port d Alon, magnifique calanque. Maison: pas de chichi, pas de modernité, pas de luxe. Du charme dans les vignes, comme sa propriétaire ! Literie changée à l etage, Clim installée, on apprécie.

excellent séjour à 10 min de la mer
Ce petit cabanon est super frais. Il ne manquait rien. Moustiquaire à chaque fenetre indispensable au bord de la mer. La clim est la bienvenue mais vu la fraicheur de la maison on n'a pas eu besoin de l'utiliser. La tranquilité de la propriété après une journée à Cassis ou Sanary a été aprécié par toute la famille. Très bien situé pour visiter. je recommande vivement cette propriété

Pour les amoureux de la nature
Pour ceux qui veulent retrouver le lien avec la nature .... vignes, plantes, source... pour lire, écrire, se reposer vraiment. Joëlle la propriétaire nous accueille si gentiment, elle connaît la région et nous donne tous les conseils ( plages, villages, thym à aller cueillir, les fromages de chèvre... les marchés...). Ce retour à la simplicité et l authenticité de la vie vous le trouverez ici.

Expérience au cœur du pays...accueil très chaleureux de Joëlle la propriétaire. Lieu paisible, on a accès à la source fraîche de St Jean. Les cigales, les vignes autour de la maison... à pied nous allons au village chercher le pain... vraiment un séjour reposant. Nous avons accès à toutes les activités aux alentours, nous avons fait la plongée à Bandol. Les plages sont proches ( une voiture est nécessaire ou vélos). Cette petite maison a un charme extraordinaire. Repos assuré.

Stilechtes Häuschen mit einmalig schöner Aussicht
Wir haben die Zeit in dem bodenständigen Ferienhaus sehr genossen. Die Küche ist mit allem Nötigen ausgestattet, Supermarkt, Strände und auch Touristenattraktionen wie Marseille oder Iles d'Hyeres sind mit dem Auto gut erreichbar. Auch das kleine Dorf in dem das Feriendomizil steht ist sehenswert und besticht durch schöne Altbauten und hübsche kleine Läden die zum Souvenir shoppen einladen. Dass es in dem Ferienhaus kein Internet und Fernsehen gab hat zu unserer Entspannung definitiv einen großen Teil beigetragen. Die Sonnenauf- und -untergänge die man aus den Fenstern mit Klappläden oder dem an Weinreben grenzenden Garten ansehen kann sind super schön. Der allgemeine Zustand des Hauses war gut, bis auf die Spülmaschine funktionierte alles und sauber war es ebenfalls. Die Einrichtung ist geschmackvoll und passt gut in die Gegend und zum Haus. Auch die zuvorkommende und sehr gastfreundliche Vermieterin hat uns tolle Strand Tipps gegeben, für eine angenehme Atmosphäre gesorgt und weit mehr getan, als man von einer Ferienhaus Vermieterin erwarten würde - Dafür nochmals herzlichen Dank!
