From the condo, there's a private gated path to the beach, where you can explore the various rock formations or walk to famous Face Rock and check out the tide pools. You'll be right on top of endless sandy beaches that are great for walking or treasure hunting for agates, fossils, shells, and much more.

What's nearby:
This oceanfront condo sits immediately south of Face Rock State Scenic Viewpoint, two miles southwest of shops and eateries in Old Town Bandon. You'll find excellent fishing and crabbing opportunities nearby as well. This area is also a magnet for golfers, with Bandon Crossings Golf Course (five miles south) and Bandon Dunes Golf Resort (eight miles north) within a short drive.

Unsanitary, black widows, and property that is NOT maintained - Zero stars!
I would give this location zero stars if I could. Many of the property photos are taken from the adjoining condo next door, so it does not reflect the terrible condition of this property. The sun room shown is in 1 upstairs bedroom, so one of our guests could not access it, due to the location. She only had access to a door that leads to a deck with boards that are VERY unstable and a bench that is so flimsy it literally curves toward the house. Bugs in drawers, many spiders both inside and outside the home (including black widows), dirty carpets & appliances. It is not only unsanitary but unsafe. Due to matted down carpet and a stair that moves, one of our party fell down the stairs within 30 minutes of arriving and was injured, resulting in medical treatment being sought. Vacasa and the host couldn't have cared less, resulting in legal representation being necessary. The view of the beach from the sun room is nice, but not worth all of the hazards we experienced.

Great location
The location and view are awesome. However, the sunriom windows are broken (do not open) making it extremely warm upstairs on sunny days) and one of the windows in the living area does not completely close making it quite cold/damp feeling on foggy days. The parking is also a bit tight. We only had one vehicle so it was OK, but if we had brought 2 I'm really not sure where we could have parked it without blicking the neighbors.

Awesome property and location!
Perfect vacation house for a family! Incredible location with awesome ocean view! The rock formations are spectacular! Very clean and comfortable with lots of room. Only 1/2 block from the Face Rock easy access to beach. Perfect small yard for dogs to use. Bandon is absolutely beautiful and fun. We would definitely rent this property again!!

Our weekend condo
Loved the location, right on beach. Could sit at dining table and watch the waves. The condo was clean & spacious. Loved the bonus room upstairs. Great ocean view. Was happy they accept dogs. The kitchen was nicely stocked with the needed basics and the dishes & pans were great

A few things, one we had to pay two separate fees because this listing is actually thru Vacasa, so you have their fees plus Vrbo fees. However you don’t know that until after you have booked it. The listing pictures did NOT give a true picture of the home. It was not clean such bathroom rugs dirty, table and chairs dirty, shelves dirty etc. It also needs a great deal of maintenance and deep cleaning. The living room window didn’t close, the upstairs window needs fixing so that it will open and close, the carpet need replacing, the vent covers don’t cover the vent holes, a lot of mold and mildew on windows, faucets need replacing/fixings. Vacasa did reach out but we were only there two nights ( one full day) and there was just to much needed to clean it (shampoo rug etc)

Room with a view
The home has a great location, beautiful view and short walk to Face rock. The private access to the beach is a bit narrow and shared with the other condo attached to this unit but that wasn’t a problem for us. It has beds to sleep 6 but the kitchen isn’t stocked well for cooking in the home. The back deck wasn’t big enough to sit outside but we easily just went to the beach.

Nasty, stained carpet, mold on the shower head and worst of all vent with dry and mold that looks like it has been there for months at least. In addition horrible furniture and beds, dangerous rotting and algae covered steps to the beach, dishes damp and smelling like vomit. Could say more but you get the point

great place, but the picture is a little deceiving.
Everything was great. Really good location and beautiful view of the ocean. Note that the picture is not very accurate. The beach is not that close. To get to the beach you take a pretty steep trail. Would recommend going North a block and there's a trail that is much easier and safer to get to the beach. Would stay again!

The view out the window is spectacular. Just what we were after for a few winters days to watch the surf pound the rocks and relax. Even though the kitchen utensils are not as good as they should be, and no dish machine pods, we would probably look at staying here again. Never did hear back from Vacasa after I text with a TV question.

This property is in a nice location and has a wonderful view. The condo is a nice value for the price, but there are a few areas that are a bit run down. It definitely needs a few cosmetic upgrades. I would have been more concerned if we had had any young children in our group because of a couple ill fitting heater vent covers and an electrical outlet cover that was not attached to the wall so wires were exposed. It was behind a table, so maybe it hadn’t been noticed before. The beds we’re firm but comfortable. There were plenty of kitchen implements, pans, dishes and utensils. Overall we were satisfied with the accommodations.

Pros: the view from upstairs was spectacular. Having beach access from the property was such a luxury. Beds were comfortable. Couldn't hear the neighbors. Check in was easy and they didn't ask much as far as checking out. We had a wonderful family vacation here.❤️ Cons: the kitchen set up isn't great. When the oven is turned on one of the back burners gets super hot (which is a hazard). More pans and dishes would be nice. And the "King" sized bed is in fact two twins pushed together....which I found pretty hilarious honestly. Oh...and the ocean view from down stairs is half way blocked by a giant bush...but again...upstairs view was amazing. All in all....your paying for the beach access, the view and it sleeps 8...so the price is still fair in my opinion.

The walks to the beach were second to none! Our grandkids did it multiple times thru-out our stay. We did run out of TP with 6 of us...needs to be a little more supply...We will def be back to this vacation spot! :)

Could use updates, but loved the view.
The views were fantastic and we enjoyed our stay overall. Some of the notebook instructions were confusing and could use updating. We could not get the Sony dvd to work, the tv signal was intermittent and the garbage container was not under the shelter as written in the instructions. Some of the furniture was not in the best condition; broken recliner, wobbly chairs and squeaky beds. The trail to the beach required lots of focus as sections could be dangerous. The condo had a great layout, but the decor could use an update.

Location, location, location!
The house has a number of items, plumbing in particular, that are deferred maintenance which could be easily fixed. Appliances are dated. Don’t expect to cook in the kitchen. It is basic and works well for a cup of tea. The beds were very comfortable and all the linens are white and were clean and new. Bottom line, great location and view- we were very comfortable and would stay there again. PS our dogs loved the beach!
