For potential renter we happily refer you to all other reviews we have here as well as other platforms. We are so sorry we your stay was "uncomfortable" we tried very hard to accommodate you the best we could addressing all of your needs. Such as a discount prior to arrival, provided an early check free of charge, bought a fan for the house at the mere mention of the 70° external Temps. Tried to find the bugs you mentioned but only ever saw the picture of a small beetle you reportedly took. My Co-host provided bug spray should there be any need. He also showed you how to properly close the window in the living room you has thought was broken but was actually just needed to be unlocked before closing. My Co-host got down on his hands and knees trying to find any smells however was unable to smell what you were as the house had been cleaned by our multiple 5 star rated cleaning team. You mentioned the beds were untidy and when I offered to come exchange the bed sets and comforters as they are kept constantly rotated and would have been an easy fix, you refused so I was unable to resolve that for you and would have been happy to do so. We did offer multiple times for you to cancel hassle free and with a refund day 1 and day 2 of your stay, however you insisted upon staying even though as you mentioned you only live 3 hours away. Had we been able to verify any of the problems you had mentioned we would have fixed the issues and happily provided a credit. If you had decided to cancel because you were uncomfortable, again we had offered the opportunity for a refund.
