I’ve booked 4 rooms and was given the old wing after I’ve asked the reception for the newer rooms she told me that the hotel was full. I beg to differ as during breakfast, there was so little people. Old wing rooms were dilapidated and water in the shower alternated between hot and cold even after adjustment. I’ve booked this hotel before 2 years ago and was impressed with the newer rooms which I was allocated. Overall, a disappointing stay for me and my guests this time. In future, will definitely skip this hotel and opt for newer and better ones.

Room quite warm as the aircon is not cold even when set to lowest temperature.

nothing great. there's still renovating some part of the building, there's no view to look at because low floor given to us. fitness ctr wonderful. swimming pool good.

Comfortable

Nice furnished room, clean and comfortable. One note is the placement of washtable outside the bath room, maybe just not used to. The are minimart inside the hotel with reasonable price. Near to Braga, just walking out. The table in the restaurant is quite crowded and tight, need more space though.

Hotel staff was helpful. The room is reasonably. Breakfast buffet had a good range of food

When I booked at hotels.com somewhere it said that free breakfast for 3. However in reality I hv to pay for my son’s. Should better coordination with hotels.com. The pillow is too hard. Why don’t give a softer one.

The service was impeccable. Kudos to Mr Dandan the manager and his team for rectifying the hiccup for the free breakfast for the 3rd occupant in the room which was due to hotels.com. The buffet spread is amazingly huge and good. Love that there’s also a 24h mart for our convenience. Would love to come back again.

Hospitality at its best. Great breakfast and staff
