The coffee choices were very good. The breakfast buffet was ok but crowded with so many kids running and babies standing on tables. It felt like a zoo. I wanted to extend my stay by one more night but I didn’t get any real help from manager.

The facilities according price is sufficiently exceptional certainly will comeback for visit and stay in the future. Very pleasant experience during stayed at Harris Hotel thank you.

Not bad hotel

Pros: Big rooms, comfy bed, provision of bolsters in addition to pillows.
Cons: the response of the staff to customer feedback.
Location: Quite good location.The hotel is within walking distance of Rumah Mode and Cihampelas Walk. There are also local street food stalls opposite the road.
The service was quite erratic. We were a group of 4 adults. 1 room was missing a TV control, the bathroom light in another room was faulty. But overall rooms were big and clean

Very Comfort Hotel

Pros: Large size room
The hotel location is very near eating place also nearby had 2 conveniance store. Room is very large with king size bed and a sofa bed... if you dont mind sleep at floor, the room actually can stay up to 5 adult. What impress if you stay at high floor, the view outside is amazing, look at the price and the room size and facility, is really worth to stay, sure will return if next time visit...

2016 Year End Holiday

Hotel is still new about a year plus. Location is good. Not far from cihemplas walk & rumah moda. Great Room size, Breakfast spread are marvellous and service staff are excellent. Didn't get their names but all are very helpful. Hotel Maintenance is a plus. All areas look clean and tidy. The swimming pool is a must to visit it's breathtaking.

Good stay at Harris Hotel, the room is spacious, they hve bolster. This hotels is near with several famous restaurant in the neighbourhood.

Bad experience

Kept hearing bang sound day and night. Wifi is no good. Room near the lift kept hearing sound. No good night sleep. TV not in good working condition, have to keep adjusting the cable. The staff did not refill the coffee pack after we finish drinking as we stay for four nights.
