We were given a room on first floor which is like half a staircase down. No AC. Just a little fan. Then there was no warm water the whole morning. Staff did not act like they were too sorry.

comfortable lobby. Parking was bad for taller SUV, got a lucky spot outside. Food was bland. No help for bags as staff catered to the tour busses.

Service was awesome, but the location was the biggest part of the price. The room could use updating and there weren't many complimentary services, I.E. breakfast or laundry even though the promotions stated it as such.

Over priced hotel , outdated decor. Kind of clean.very basic. we checked out and My wife forgot her bathing suit in the room, then We called the next day, and they said they couldn’t find it housekeeping threw it out. but we know she left it in the bathroom hanging behind the door. That is poor service.

Thank you for your review. We do our very best to locate items that may be left behind. In this case we searched the room and even contacted our commercial laundry to try and find your bathing suit but to no avail. We hope it was found when you arrived home.

Stayed 3 night at the hotel. No complaints. Just a walking distance to everything. I highly recommend this hotel.5/5

Disappointed stay for romantic weekend

Hotel is outdated. Specifically booked room for the jetted tub, jets didn’t work. No a/c in room, WiFi barely worked, pool was out of service for part of stay, poor lighting throughout, bathroom setup just not functional. Staff was the most positive part of the stay. Wouldn’t consider staying here again for the cost spent.
