This Marriott property is pretty basic. If you aren't planning on being in your room too much this might be ok for you. The guest service was good, the location was centrally located. Everyone was very helpful.

I didn’t get the room what I booked , why? Staff said Expedia oversold the rooms. What is my fault. I should get the full refund.

Brand new hotel with nice outside seating, dining, hot tub. The rooms were a little strange decor with no amenities in the room, but clean and comfortable.

Where do I start with this place. As a frequent traveler to Banff and surrounding areas this is one of the worst spots to check in. The staff was terrible. Not friendly not helpful. For $670.00 a night ?!? The photos make it look decent until you step inside. The rooms don't even have a mini fridge, the hallways don't even have ice machines. They don't even offer any type of room service for 700.00 a night ?!? You got to be kidding me. To top it off myself and my kids got pink eye after staying here. The parking is horrendous they don't even have enough parking for all the guests ! Cheap and cheesy. For what you pay I’d rather go to the Fairmount. This place is not the place to stay. Only nice thing is the lobby smells nice. Beware folks. This is not the place. Trust me. NEXT!

Dear Ryan,Thanks for your feedback.It seems it was your first Moxy experience.As compared to other brands in Marriott portfolio, Moxy sure is very distinct and unique.The rates in this market as you would know are demand based and in high season, even the smallest motels/ hotels are priced as per the market.Sad to know that the unique Moxy is not the concept that matched your expectations.We thank you for your review,
