Everything is good except the twin beds are so small. It can pretty much fit only one adult. Two kids have to sleep on the sofa. Other hotel’s twin bed can comfortably fit one adult plus one young kid.

This is a beautiful property I had a 12th foot river view. I lay in my bed and watch the beautiful view as I fall asleep. I got delicious pastries from cafe in the lobby and sat on the balcony and watch the dinner cruises passing with the beautiful city light as the backdrop. After a wonderful dinner I took a stroll through the bamboo grove on the property. The staff was very helpful, kind and friendly. There was always some who spoke English to assist. Being I was alone they staff took extra care of me. I think they did not want me to feel alone. Great experience beautiful property excellent staff a place I would return and recommend

I want to express my gratitude for a wonderful stay. I really enjoyed everything during my time here and in Bangkok. I appreciate the exceptional service that was provided. Rooms are spacious, well appointed, with beautiful views. Providing bottle water daily. Also, the food at the River Barge and room service was delicious. From check in/out, restaurant and concierge everything was great and efficient. I would especially like to personally Thank Mr. Por for his kindness and willingness to go out of his way to provide wonderful customer service. But overall the staff is helpful, kind and great. Location is beautiful with views of the river and the city. Walking distance to Asiatique about 15-20 mins (shops/restaurants), some good local restaurants like the Zurich Cafe and Blackwood cafe. They do have a complimentary river taxi which is accessible to IconSiam and the Skytrain. You have to take taxi, tuk tuk, grab or bolt to go to specific locations. Popular malls and night markets may be a bit far, but staying here would be a great welcome after a long day. They have a wonderful pool as well. I hope to one day return in the future. I highly recommend the Chatrium Hotel Riverside.

We had a lovely stay, very clean rooms, excellent facilities. Great breakfast spread. The ferry provided by the hotel is fabulous for getting us around to the main shopping near the hotel. Staff were super polite and accommodating, going out of their way to make sure we had a good stay.
