This was one of the best stays I've ever had and we highly enjoyed ourselves. It was fast check-in and out, easy to access transportation, conveniently located right next door to 7-11 and other restaurants and massage places. There were 2 restaurants in the hotel and the facilities were great! Love the apartment style rooms and the washer/dryer were SOOO helpful during our stay. I highly recommend for a nice, affordable option. The General Manager of the hotel restaurant and the staff were absolutely amazing as well!!! LOVE LOVE LOVE IT!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Highly recommended for stay with families at this residence. One area to improve is lack of shuttle bus access to public transport like BTS station only can hire taxi service to move around as its a bit far from prime locations.

Destinations include Bus Rapid Transport (BRT) and Skytrain (BTS) stations, Sathon Central Pier where you can catch a boat up the river to the Grand Palace and other river attractions. Perfect except breakfast area too small

Great place, very spacious rooms and A1 pool/facilities. My only issue is breakfast. The area for serving and sitting is way too small for the number of guests. So while the selection is great it's actually quite stressful navigating so many people in a confined area.

They charged m for the room tho I tried to cancel 3 months in advance !! Don't book with this hotel ... they don't work with you at all

According to the information I have is that you emailed the hotel on 11th January, 2 weeks before arrival and the reservations team advised you that you need to request any changes from Expedia. Note that we cannot confirm any changes direct to you. They did not say that we would not amend. We would normally allow a change to a booking even if booked at a non-refundable rate as long as the number of nights is the same.I am not aware we received any further request to change. Not well received when we arrived. After being up for 33 hours. Just wanted a bottle of water at check in and told us no and there is water in the room. Tried saying we only had one room reserved and that our king rooms were taken. Told the girl I emailed them 4 times confirming our late arrival and they confirmed back all was good. Then she freed up the rooms. Nothing special except for the buffet and those staff were amazing.

Dear AnnetteThank you for staying recently and I apologize for the less than welcome experience on arrival. We do not currently have any water available at the front desk, so they were right in saying that in the rooms we not only provide water but also an array of juices and soft drinks in our complimentary mini-bar on arrival. But having received your comment, in the future we will have some water available when guests ask. I will also investigate what happened with the bed requests so that it does not happen in the future. Thank you for sharing the comments and already we have made some change as result.
