The hotel is awesome with a plus. It has a free coffee machine in the lobby & water & some juice of the day. The hotel room has a mini kitchen with everything you need to cook with. Ironing board & iron was also in room. Has a gym & a pool. POOL Is ok just a lap pool. Gym is decent. Staff are friendly. PEN looked after me at check in.The only downside was the noise from all the sourrounding clubs. I was part of the noise from the club & was drunk enough to ignore it. If your a family with kids stay at Soi 8 location instead give this hotel a 10/10

Other than the noise near the hotel, there’s nothing that I can say much. However the noise is beyond the hotel to manage. Overall the stay was great and the staff is real friendly. Good job hope to see you guys soon.

My first impression of the hotel was already bad. The lobby was small and filled with guests which made me uncomfortable - grown man with multiple women and children in tow. Over the next 2 days I noticed they seem to attract a specific clientele. It is situated in between bars which were blasting music. I managed to get a room in the back which was quieter but it didn't help that one step outside the hotel, I see a drunkard throw up in front of me. My room smelled bad enough for me to buy an air freshener for it. Their tutu runs until 9pm unlike the 24/7 at Soi 8. Within hours at the hotel, I was traumatized enough to change hotels. To their credit, they allowed me to move to the other Citadines at Soi 8 with no penalty (Soi 11 is usually more expensive than Soi 8). Trust that I will never be back to Soi 11 again.

Citadines on Soi 11 is at the center of action and everything you need is walkable. And i mean anything. You can walk to Nana Plaza, Soi Cowboy, Thermae Cafe, BTS and remember you are on Soi 11 where action is at night.
