J'ai passé 11 jours dans cet excellent hôtel dans une chambre executive. Je ne peux que que recommander l'excellence des prestations, la qualité de service, la propreté, le calme, l'attention portée aux détails. Je voudrais tout particulièrement remercier le personnel du lounge executive qui a été remarquable en tout point : Kukkai Mind, Mina, Cindead, Lake, Rung, Mod, Aef et Fluck, sous la houlette de leur extraordinaire manager Claire. Tout a été excellent : la discrétion, le professionnalisme, l'attention portée aux attentes du client - jusqu'à les davancer !
Vraiment, que l'ensemble du personnel cité soit ici remercié : ils ont vraiment participé de la réussite de mes vacances à Bangkok, dans des conditions pourtant très particulières. A bientot, Eric

Tres bon hôtel mais..

En bémol un départ tardif beaucoup plus cher que la moyenne des hôtels…et un staff avec très peu de latitude commerciale. Pas de suivi client sur le long terme. Mais ce sont des détails si vous êtes touristes, pour séjour d affaire régulier je privilégie d autres hébergements

one of the best price vs service in bangkok

the breakfast is great and the rooms are perfect..
ok the restaurant at the pool is not amazing and the water of the pool is a little bit chilly (in the shadow).. (They could definitely heat it. )
but besides that nothing to say.. it is a good place to stay
