Standard airport hotel. Has a pool but was cold and dirty. Quite noisy at night since so close to airport. Hotel wouldn’t respond to messages requesting airport shuttle.

The youth hostel
Very noisy hotel, noise coming from inside and out ,beds wouldn’t have been out of place in a youth hostel,. Some of the stiff were totally not friendly. The location was good for the airport .

It was close to the airport but if you book with Expedia, you don't get any option to be picked up by the shuttle service at the airport. Nothing I didn't like but the area around the property wasn't something I checked out.

Great Hotel to rest in between flights
i stayed in the hotel only for 4 hours to rest before taking an early morning flight back to LA. The staff was very friendly and effective doing the check in procedures considering that i arrived at the hotel at Midnight, together with other 10 people from BKK; I was able to be in my room and rest in less then 10 minutes from the moment I arrived at the reception. The hotel offers a free shuttle service from and to the Airport that was very useful; I suggest calling the hotel reception upon arrival before collecting the luggage, that will give them enough time to send the shuttle and minimize the waiting time. I was impressed with the cleanliness of the room, and the quality of the materials used for the furniture and the shower. Some noise could be heard from the traffic of people from the hallway, but i feel this is something acceptable considering that high amount of people checking in and out

Great hotel to stay either before or after a flight. Would recommend that you book two nights if your flight is an early arrival like mine. They are strict about the 2pm check in!

Hotel looks ok and modern and that is it. Since arrive at reception we have been told that if we wanted to check in earlier we would have to pay 200BHT each hour and we have been asked to pay 400BHT even if we were only 1.15 earlier so we decided to wait the hour and (two kids with us). When finally decided to check in all of the sudden they told us they would have waived the extra fees. Very confusing and inconvenient. The evening in the restaurant we were not able to order what we really wanted because of the lack of English. The surrounding aerea wasn’t nice at all. Close to the airport but that is it. Lots of noise in the corridor during the night .
