Contre : restaurant et bar complet
Emplacement : rien
Hotel proche de l'aéroport mais tout récent et avec encore peu de commodité comme restaurant et bar, il ont le déjeuner seulement . Mais le directeur de l'hotel a été plus arrangeant pour nous en nous prêtant son propre bureau pour nous installer et déguster notre souper avec une bouteille de vin acheté à l'extérieur. Il a commander une pizza pour nous.....

Thanks for staying with us and we already open the restaurant until 10pm. After that, room service menu are available. Hope we can serve you better next time...

Four star hotel? Hotels.com, are you kidding me?
Publié le 21 sept. 2018 sur HotelsThis is a hotel for group Chinese tourists. They shouted in the hallway 2AM. Staff was kind but do not speak English. No English TV even CNN. I had to pay cash when checked out because credit card could not be used for unknown reason. The room was clean. There was one staff speaks English helped me a lot when checked in, though.

OK hotel, but no English and >20min from airport

If you book with them, it is unlikely that they will be able to help you with things like a hotel transfer from the airport. We tried contacting this hotel several times before our trip, including soliciting help from Hotels.com, and nobody spoke English or was able to help, no matter who called. Even once we got to the hotel we had to use Google translate to communicate with the staff to check in and check out.
The staff also failed to book a taxi for us on the morning we were checking out, despite them writing down the time we needed a taxi for. After asking about the taxi in the morning, they repeatedly told us that they were ordering a taxi, but none came until I translated "we will miss our flight" in the translation app. Then they helped us. We ended up leaving almost half an hour late, and we had to rush through the airport.
This hotel is around a 20-30min drive/taxi ride from the BKK airport. Unfortunately, the cab drivers at the airport do not seem to know how to get to this hotel. We had to use Google Maps to show them how to get to this hotel.
Other than that, the hotel is OK. The bathroom was suitable, the room was clean, the beds were OK, and the air conditioner worked fine. Breakfast was OK and served to our room in the morning on time, and the staff (while generally unhelpful) were polite.

The air-con is noisy and the hotel take in too many China tourists making so much noise every way and hotel dare not let us take the breakfast with the tourist, ended we are eating same old set manual every morning.
The hotel staffs can't speak English and they can't even give clear direction to the Taxi driver and ended all Taxi go through the long way to reach hotel, and in fact there was short-cut from highway be it from airport or from city.
Over price for this hotel.
