The rooms are very small, no elevators but extremely well kept. The staff understand English very well and are extremely friendly. We booked unseen and decided to expand our stay for three more days.

Excellent value and location near Khaosan Road

The hotel is very clean and great value for money. The location is excellent as it is near Khaosan Road by around 5-10 minute walk so it is not so close as to be too loud. For the price the room size was ideal with air conditioning and regular cleaning on request. Staff were all friendly and spoke English well. There was an extra catch installed on the outside of the doors for extra security if needed with a padlock. The hotel is very quiet and I was never woken up by loud noise from the hotel over the whole month I stayed there. The internet speed is also very fast and reliable signal. The only problem for me was that there is no lift and so if you have a heavy luggage like I did it can be a bit of a mission to carry up and down to the 4th floor. The hotel restaurant is also very good in it's own right and many people used to spend time in there daily. Overall I was very pleased with my stay and would happily stay again if you prefer privacy and value over staying in a cramped dorm to socialise. The management made me feel at home and the hotel had everything I needed to enjoy staying in Bangkok.
