Notre 2ème séjour dans cet hôtel qui est toujours aussi incroyable. Personnel aux petits soins, propre, bien situé. La piscine sur le rooftop est superbe. Nous reviendrons! N’hésitez pas à prendre une chambre avec le service exécutif!

Parfait

Séjour parfait en tout point accueil servies petit déjeuner parfait avec pleins de saveur et d’horizons culinaires. Un petit détails dommage qu’il ne s’agisse pas d’un vrai jus d’orange presser et qu’il n’y ai pas d’eau pétillante au petit déjeuner.

Habitués aux Mövenpick dans différents pays, tout était parfait bien situé personnel à l'écoutes ras Seul bémol dans notre couloir une forte odeur de colle très forte ou peinture qui nous a beaucoup dérangé, à éviter en plein e saison.

Chambre sale, personnel inefficace

Chambre sale, avec une sorte de « crotte de nez «  collé sur le rideau. J’ai demandé 2 fois qu’ils nettoient la chambre, mais rien n’a été fait. Quand je me suis énervé, ils ont juste nettoyé la crotte de nez dans la chambre à 250.- chf la nuit. Sinon on à aussi trouvé les 2 brosses à dents mis à disposition par l’hotél déballés et déjà utilisés. Impensable et impardonnable pour un hôtel 5 étoiles. J’avais déjà séjourné dans cet hôtel qui est plutôt agréable, mais le manque d’hygiène et impardonnable.
