Best hotel around the airport. The bar bar in the patio is great. The cocktails of the bartender Mr. Neng are simply amazing, I really recommend. Again the service in the restaurant was a pity...

Room was a bit old and noisy water dripping in the bathroom…overall team and restaurants are very good.

Cet hôtel est très ancien, les chambres sont vetustes. Il aurait besoin d'une rénovation. De plus le rapport qualité-prix n'est pas présent. 298$ pour une nuit dans cet hôtel est excessif. Pour le même prix, nous avions des chambres luxueuses en ville à Bangkok. Le seul intérêt est la proximité de cet hôtel avec l'aéroport et la navette gratuite. Le personnel par contre est très compétent et professionnel.

Dear Nadia,Thank you for your kind compliment on our location, the shuttle service and the staff attentiveness. At Novotel we are offering the 24hours stay policy, where you can stay in the room for 24 hours after check in. The offer is suitable for guest who need to stay and wait for the late flight. We also allowed guest to check in at any time of the day. You would not get this offer from the hotels downtown unless you pay for the early check in to get the room. With the proximate distance to the airport and the shuttle service we are providing. I hope you would consider choosing us again on your future transit at BKK airport.
