Room was dirty so front desk offered to move rooms only to find out that the next 2 rooms that we checked for cleanliness were also dirty. Hotel staff was apologetic at first and then seemed to be very bothered when I expressed my dissatisfaction. Lost my dry cleaning for a full day, no one knew what I was even talking about. Got hung up on twice by front desk. The one redeeming quality of the hotel was Rose at breakfast... she was so sweet and attentive! I wanted to love the hotel but was very disappointed.
