Great, lovely room

It was lovely overall but I think the toilet wasn’t working as well as it could have been and nor was the sink as clean as it could have been but nonetheless it was a great room, great balcony view and space to hang out on the balcony too!

Check A/C unit (full of dirty and filty dusts)

When you got your room here, check the cleanness of the room (including Air Conditioner, filty dusts on furnitures, unclean floor, or dirts in bathroom, etc.) and make sure to call the front desk to make your complaint clearly and loudly, to get a better room that we deserve. The hotel staff seem to keep me (a foreigner in Thailand) in humiliation and shame. As I got into the room, I checked and pointed the several places so filty, dirty, damaged, uncleaned in the room (especially A/C and its filter which was full of thick, dirty and filty layers of "black" dust or fugus). As I was checking, I kept taking pictures (as I speaking to the hotel staff). After all, they changed the room immediately.

Wer primär eine Unterkunft sucht, um von dort aus Bangkok zu durchstreifen, für den ist das Royal Suite Hotel vom Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis her durchaus empfehlenswert: Die Küchenzeile könnte für Selbstversorger etwas besser ausgerüstet sein - aber die Kleinigkeiten lassen sich schnell besorgen. Der Dachpool ist gepflegt und überraschenderweise still - trotz der vorbeiführenden Hochstraßen! EInkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe gibt's zuhauf und mein persönliches Highlight: so gut wie keine Moskitos in der Ungebung! ;)))

非常差 又嘈吵 隔音差 過年家人給的紅包放在枕頭低都被偷了 每次出行都會給小費打掃的 這樣手腳不乾淨絕不會給 太差了體驗 大家不要來

Really tired interior and off customer service.

The Aircon only worked if we turned it off and back on again every hour or so, I had to wake up through the night to turn it back on. We were locked out of our room 1 hour before checkout and the staff said they could not issue a new key. Their solution was to send someone with us each time we needed to access the room, it was really awkward. There are appliances missing from the kitchen, where there was once a washing machine there's now just a big gap with visible plumbing, it's hidden in the photos behind the kitchen island.

The staff were all very welcoming and had good interactions. The hotel itself is a little off the beaten path and not one taxi driver I rode with knew where the hotel was. This was not a problem, thanks to Google maps. The noise from the nearby freeway often sounded like there was racing going on at 2:00 A.M. Breakfast hours were descent (6:00 to 10:00) but if you arrive later in the morning, the food in the buffet is cold, and definitely tastes as if it has been sitting for a while. Overall, it was a good stay for the price, and we did stay there for two weeks.

This is not a good location for tourist. No way to experience Bangkok without taking a cab miles away. The building is old and dirty. The AC unit was dirty and made us sick. This was our last 3 days in Thailand out of our two week stay. The dining area was the only postive experience out of the hotel stay. We will not return to this location in the future. The most expensive for the worst property.
