Traffic jam outside most of the time, even with the hotel shuttle. Hotel is mid sized and quirky. Service is very good. The in-hotel massage and the breakfast are letdowns.

The service is very good. The manager Jade assisted to make an appointment for an ear appointment for my husband as well as organised transport. The hourly transfers to the shopping centre are run efficiently and enthusiastically by the staff.
