Très bon hôtel, avec un personnel accueillant

Il est vraiment dommage que la clientèle soit essentiellement arabe Musulmane. On y voit des femmes complètement voilées de noir jusqu’aux yeux, alors qu’à ma connaissance, Bangkok n’est pas en Arabie Saoudite.
Nous avons apprécié le parking gratuit, la qualité de la literie et nous aurions souhaité un peu plus de shampooing shower, gel et body lotion.

Excellent séjour

Le personnel, que ce soit les portiers, bagagistes, réception, hôtesse, serveuses sont professionnels et agréable.
Le petit déjeuner est varié ( sucré, salé, continentale, asiatique, V sans gluten…)
Nous sommes resté 4 nuits et le buffet du petit déjeuner changeait chaque jour.
Notre chambre catégorie premier était spacieuse et confortable. Très bonne literie et 2 types d’oreillers ( moelleux et un peu plus ferme).
Le room service est très bien et efficace. Les plats proposés sont vraiment très bons. Nous y avons eu recours par 3 fois car nous étions enchanté.
Les infrastructures sont très bien: belle piscine et salle de sport.
La décoration de l’hôtel de façon générale est belle et soignée.
La localisation de l’hôtel est très bien. Le quartier est sécure.
Il y a quelques supérette et quelques restaurants.
Le métro MRT est à 15minutes à pied et le BTS aussi. L’hôtel propose un service de navette gratuite toutes les 15 minutes pour le BTS et centre commercial. Ce qui est très appréciable.
Je ne saurais que recommander cet hôtel. J’y reviendrai avec plaisir pour un prochain passage à Bangkok.

The room is very nice, but the check in was horrible. The old lady in check in was very unwelcome and didn't inform about the lounge access nor the WiFi access. All the hotel was freezing, the room was very cold and we have to switch off the air conditioning. The breakfast at the lounge was not good. The personal in general need some formation in good manners, something you'll expect in a five star hotel. For us was a little disappointing.

Nous étions en famille avec nos 2 familles, l’hôtel est correct, chambre spacieuse. 2 problèmes dont 1 vraiment pas top du tout. Le premier pour rejoindre notre chambre il fallait sortir de l’hôtel, traverser la route qui est très encombrée de circulation pour rejoindre le bâtiment qui est en face. Le vrai problème a été que vous ne pouvez dormir jusqu’à 3H00 du matin, dans le bâtiment il y a une discothèque qui reste ouverte jusqu’à 3H00 du matin, c est à dire tout le bruit de la musique qui est très fort remonté dans les murs des chambres, très mauvaise insonorisation. Et vous avez toutes les personnes qui déambule sur le trottoir pendant toute la soirée alcoolisée. Je pense que l’établissement devrait se remettre en question sur ce problème et en plus la discothèque leur appartient certainement.

Bon accueil, le personnel est très à l’écoute de la clientèle.
Le concierge est très vite a aider et très professionnel.
Un peu loin et beaucoup de circulation pour s’y rendre.
Le restaurant est superbe, petit déjeuner excellent et pour tous les goûts. Personnel à la fine pointe, aidant et chaleureux. Merci Valia hotel staff!!
