Owner denied registration with hotels.com

Owner requested second payment for booking at property. The place was damp and dirty with leaking plumbing. Many reviews on google from others tell same story. Hotels.com were unable to contact ownerOwner claimed he had no phone but produced it later. Agent refunded me. WARNING
