Property and facilities are very dated (decking at swimming pool were uneven and an hazard to kids using the pool) are in dire need of maintenance and repairs. The paid buffet breakfast quality and taste were generally not up to standards expected of a Novotel hotel branding. Staff were generally friendly but in need training for better customer service experience.
Lastly, the towels provided in the rooms smells awful. Much improvement needed.

Property and faciities were dated. Quality of food were below average. Only redeeming factor was staff friendliness and service attitude although they could do with more training.

Property and facilities are dated. Selection and quality of food not befitting of Novotel brand standards. Staff friendliness and willingness was a plus, but could do with more training.

Average service and facilities. Needs a refresh and more staff training.

Mein Problem ist bekommen ich ganz hinten in der hintersten Ecke des Zimmer, ansonsten alles wunderbar 😉
