NC stay

We enjoyed the stay, just wish that all they lights worked and when i called about some things that wasn't working the person spoke to me like i was dumb.

Beautiful and homey

We were amazed when we first walked in. This little place is absolutely stunning on the inside and you feel like you’re staying in a tree house. Everything was included ; dishes pots pans towels soap even dishwashing detergent and laundry detergent. We were unaware that the property does not have AC until the first night when it did get pretty warm. But we called the property management company and they were very helpful and kind. It was decent weather outside and they had screens in windows so we just opened the windows and it worked wonderfully. There was also multiple fans around the unit. Thankfully it was not hot outside and with the windows open the place stayed right around 68-70. We genuinely enjoyed our stay at this beautiful place and will most definitely be back !!

Will NEVER use vacasa (prpty. mgmt.) again

There's not NEARLY enough room in the 1500 allowed characters to say what all went wrong with this trip (trust me, I tried), so I have to bullet point most of it. -We will never ever rent any property managed by Vacasa again. Communication from them is absolutely horrible!! cant stress this enough! every reply was from a diff person. -the location and actual property is. the description should be more specific stating that the condo is 1/2 of the bottom half of the building pictured. -door code provided wont work in door because electronic key pad is dead. instead they put a lock box up opposite the door on the railing that uses the code. its NOT easy to see and we were NEVER told this was the case. it took a while to figure it out. - we found white dog hair in the keurig - the keruig leaks out of the bottom - the oven was dirty - MOST of the dishes were put away FILTHY. it was embarassingly gross. food chunkies, greasy surfaces, pans had standing bacon/sausage grease in them. we had to clean EVERY thing we used BEFORE we used them... then again afterwards -pullout couch was broken so that the top 1/2 of it dropped down onto the ground making it useless (vacasa never did do anything about it). -flushing the toilet made water drip out from the tank lid and onto the front of the tank and floor. -no GFCI on outlets beside sinks (and kitchen sink has large space at wall allowing water to easily reach the bare wires) -baseboard heaters CONSTANTLY make noise waking us up at night.

It must have been incredibly frustrating to have so many things not working properly or inaccessible. It's disappointing that you were not able to fully enjoy the amenities that were advertised and that you encountered so many inconveniences. Beautiful Area

Great property, but it takes about 15-20 minutes to leave area to see local attractions.The mountains and local hiking were outstanding.

Good Potential; Poor Execution.

We love the area, but this rental is subpar compared to others we've used in the past. The listing doesn't mention it, but access is via a steep, narrow, set of wooden steps and a short, uneven, muddy path. The deck that looks nice in the listing was covered in pollen and debris that hadn't been cleaned all spring and summer, so it was not usable. The interior was nice enough, but hasn't seen adequate upkeep.
