Amazing house and location
Publié le 26 nov. 2024 sur HomeAwayOur family of 4 enjoyed our stay and had plenty of space! The house was just as listed and had all amenities! We only brought clothes and grabbed a few groceries once we got there. It’s such a peaceful place thats not far from Beech Mountain restaurants and grocery. We had lots of snow when we arrived, which made our trip even more fun!
Thank you for the stay! We will keep this place in mind for our next trip to Banner Elk!

Refund never processed

Summer hiking

Great location, but serious issues with cleanliness
Publié le 4 août 2024 sur HomeAwayWe stayed here one night for a wedding. The location was great, and the host was prompt in communicating with us. However, there were significant issues with cleanliness. The bedsheets did not appear to be cleaned between guests, as they had stains and various types of hair (that were not ours). The blanket on the master bedroom had a large urine stain. One of the showers also had hair in it. Many of the surfaces were covered in a layer of dust/dirt/dead bugs. Very confusing, as the other reviews for this property are excellent. Hoping this was an isolated incident, as the location is excellent and this has the potential to be a fabulous stay with proper cleaning.

Very clean and homey - easy drive to Beech
Publié le 13 juin 2024 sur HomeAwaySuch a comfy stay. Beds were super fluffy and the couch next to the fireplace was a dream. Located conveniently to a nice hike from Perry Park.
Kitchen well stocked. Host communicated really well.
