You get what you pay for!
Publié le 4 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayI have owned 2 separate units in this complex in 2002 & know this resort. The price was right for a 3 night stay with my grandkids & the only thing we enjoyed was the indoor pool because the top of Beech Mtn. Can be brutal with the fog, wind & cool temps even in the summer. The manager did not help me get the entry lock fixed so we had to leave the unit unlocked all the time. Unacceptable. They said they would come out & fix the broken entry right away next day but never showed, called or explained why. Sorry, I’ll never trust Vacasa again.

Last minute Getaway

Skiing trip
Publié le 19 févr. 2024 sur HomeAwayPlace was nice, a little inconvenient to the parking lot access. No bath towels in the unit and could not get Vacassa to take any action to resolve. Hot and cold water fluctuates greatly in showers.
