Great get away
Posted Nov. 10, 2024 on HomeAwayPlace was wonderful. Clean beautiful good price. My only complaint is the main bathroom left sink fell in the middle of the night scared my wife half to death. The other thing was above the microwave the plastic vent was broken.

Stay great! Communication terrible!
Posted Oct. 25, 2024 on HomeAwayProperty overall great! Furniture very uncomfortable! Due to storm it was impossible to get info on conditions in the area. Vacasa would not be my preferred provider for vacation rentals.

Relaxing getaway

Family Weekend

Great condo, stocking needs work
Posted Oct. 9, 2022 on HomeAwayThis condo is in a great spot on sugar mountain. There’s two reserves of condos like this with this one being lower down the mountain which we loved. It was gated and private with an amazing view even on the lower level of the condo building. It was absolutely perfect for us and another couple to spend the weekend with friends. Our only complaints are with stocking and cleanliness. In each bathroom the roll of toilet paper on the holder was half used (one roll was actually over half gone) and there were absolutely no extra rolls anywhere in the condo. For 4 people and 3 full days this was an issue and we had to purchase more. There’s only one extra trash bag in the kitchen as well. There were cobwebs on the lights and piles of hair in one of the bathrooms and dirty napkins were on the barstools when we walked in. Other than these small things, the stay was fabulous and we’d definitely book again! (but will have to pack TP from home next time)

Beautiful View
Posted Sep. 6, 2022 on HomeAwayBeautiful view of Beech Mountain, Banner Elk and the foot of Sugar Mountain. Very nice deck. Clean and all the creature comforts of home. Very convenient too wherever you want to go. Will definitely be returning.

VIEW TO DIE FOR
Posted Aug. 29, 2021 on HomeAwayEverything was perfect except the actual furniture. Our bed was great but couch & chairs looked nice but were so hard on our backs we could hardly sit for more than a half hour without pain. The kitchen was stocked with every dish possible. That was great. We would definitely rent again but bring our own portable chairs with lower back support. The chairs on the lanai were comfortable so we spent a lot of time looking at the beautiful view. I’m an early riser so I watched sunrise over the mountains every day. It was WOW!
