Beech Mountain Slope-Side Retreat! Renovated townhouse ON THE SLOPES overlooking the new beginner slopes. Ski-in & Ski-out, Bike-in & Bike-out, Hike-in & Hike-out for ultimate convenience! Townhouse is newly decorated and is very warm & cozy w/ gas log fireplace, Wifi, Smart TV's, Netflix, Amazon Prime, HBO … ALL the necessities of your home. Ski, snowboard, mountain bike, snow tube, mountain bike & hike without getting into a car! Ski lift, brewery and resort lodge is a snowball’s throw away. This cozy townhome sits atop Beech Mountain at the ski resort, snow tubing, and ice skating, hiking and mountain biking; as well as near the tennis courts and golf course. Simply step off the back deck and enjoy slope-side convenience to the Beech Mountain Ski Resort. Wether it is in the winter or summer, enjoy a short walk or ski down the slope to the ski lift.

Inside you'll find a tasteful mix of mountain living with comfort. There is a comfortable den on the main level, which boasts a huge HDTV and gas fire place. Cozy up to the fire while watching snowboarders on the slopes! The kitchen boasts upgraded appliances and everything you need to prepare family meals after a day on the slopes. The adjacent dining table seats up to 6 guests comfortably and seats for 2 more at the bar, allowing groups of up to 8 to dine together while overlooking the slopes! The open-concept great room allows for family gatherings in the living area and dining area - along with the aforementioned kitchen areas - all at the same time. Leather furniture, a gas fireplace make this a unique and exciting place to entertain and relax.

Two bedrooms on the lower level offer most of the sleeping options. The bunk bedroom sleeps up to four guests with a Queen over Queen bunk bed with a separate Queen bed.
One more lower-level bedroom, with a King bed, and wonderful views of the slopes and a private deck with slope access. Relax on our Adirondacks as you take in the views!

Walk up the custom open-tread staircase to the private master suite! Vaulted ceilings with tongue-in-groove wood, huge oversized windows which let in tons of sunlight and a massive King bed complete the bedroom area. Enjoy a morning cup of coffee while watching the wildlife around you on your private deck off this master as well!

This Snow Tree Villa offers three decks - one private deck off the upper level master bedroom that is great for taking in the quiet mornings and seeing wildlife. A second slope-side deck off the living room area with seating and great long range views of the slopes. It is so much fun to just sip hot coco and watch the skiers all day! There is also a bottom slope-side deck off the lower level Master. This deck has seating and steps that take you right onto the slopes and offers a grassy yard in the spring, summer and fall seasons. The back yard is a beautiful grassy mountain side that can be enjoyed any season! The seasonal scenic views of the surrounding mountain tops and slopes are worth experiencing from atop this retreat at Snow Trill Villas!

Bring the whole family to enjoy the townhome along with the benefits of Beech Mountain Resort, whether it's golfing, skiing, tennis, biking, or sightseeing. The ski resort and its slopes, snow tubing, ice skating are only a short ski or snowboard trip down the mountain! When the mountain is not covered in snow, it is still covered in fun!
The snowboard terrain park turns into a mountain bike park! If you are not that adventurous, no worries, lots to do in this area! The condo is decorated well and is quite cozy. The condo overlooks a small section of the ski slope and has a nice view. It will more than likely have a great view in the winter as we were here in September with the leaves still on the trees. I believe you could probably walk down from the condo and be at the Ski Resort in a few minutes, but I did not go this time. Bring your own bath soap and shampoos, but everything else is there. Main bed was all we used, and it was very comfortable. We enjoyed our stay and have already booked for the week after Christmas.

Family Winter Ski Vacation
We go to Beech Mountain every year. It's mainly a business trip, and family fun. We have stayed at many ski in / ski out locations on the mountain over the years and this one was perfect for us this year. Had a couple of beginner skiers with us and just the 45 second walk out the back door to the slope was great. As well that part of the mountain is for beginners. So, we were able to watch them all day from the balcony. The house was cozy, clean, and plenty of room for 4 adults and 3 kids. We will absolutely stay at this location again. The property owner was fantastic, and everything was just smooth as silk for check in, check out, and any questions we had. We had a blast, and everything was as advertised. Good times, and no hassles!

Ideal location. Fabulous ski in/ski out condo. Easy access to Beech Mountain Resort. Communication with owner was wonderful. She was very responsive to several questions we had. The sofa and love seat are super comfortable and the open concept makes it easy to still engage with family while cooking, etc. Will definitely be back.

Great location and cozy feel
We thoroughly enjoyed our long weekend stay at this cozy townhouse. The layout is on 3 levels which was very nice for us with the master on the top floor, living on main level and 2 bedrooms with shared bath on bottom level. We were very comfortable and appreciate the added touch of Christmas decorations while there. We will be back!

Perfect townhouse
This property was just as advertised. It was great weekend get away for me and my kids. The only negative thing I can say about is more because of the warm winter we have had was that the terrain park was closed so it was a little bit of a walk with skis down that slope. If there had been snow on that slope it would have been absolutely perfect. I would still book it again even with that slope closed!

Our family had an amazing time. We thought the twin beds were queens but, they ended up being twins. We all enjoyed seeing the deer right out our door as soon as we arrived. When we arrived the screen on the front door was broken and the sliding back screen door was broken. After notifying Nicole, she had someone immediately come take a look to have them fixed. Nicole was quick to respond to my messages. We were within 30-45 min driving distance to everything. Would love to stay here in the future!

Great layout
The condo was really cute and we loved the layout of the bedrooms. We traveled with another couple and they had a bathroom and bedroom downstairs and we had the same upstairs with the living space on the main floor. It provided some nice privacy for us all while still enjoying spending time together.

Perfect!
This was the perfect ski in/out accommodation for our getaway. 6 people (3 generations) fit very comfortably in this 3 bedroom townhome and loved that there was a master bedroom on the top floor which allowed grandma to relax alone when she needed some quiet time. I will just mention, for families with young children like us, the ski out was awesome but ski-in was a bit tricky. Over the weekend there was a snowboard competition which we had front row seats to on the back deck of this home, but that unfortunately tied up the tow rope lift to help us get back to the townhome after skiing (they wouldn’t allow us to use it during the competition)…then I told my sons to just walk along side it not thinking that would present a problem, but this stopped the whole competition and tow rope while they yelled to my kids that they were not allowed to walk there (I guess in case a snowboarder slid into them or something). Anyways, this put us in a bit of a predicament over the weekend trying to figure out how to get back home after skiing. By Monday yay no more competition, but the lift also wasn’t in service Monday or Tuesday I guess because there wasn’t heavy traffic at the adventure park. All in all, for my husband, myself and our oldest child the mountain hikes back to the townhome were doable but for our 2 young kiddos it presented a challenge everytime. Aside from this, absolutely perfect location and accommodations for us!

Wonderful condo located right on the terrain park on Beech Mountain. It is very cozy with a gas fireplace that puts off plenty of heat. It is for 3 couples or a family of 6-8.

Great property and enjoyed our stay! We loved having the end unit as it allowed more area to park and play in the snow. Unit was clean and had beautiful views of the slopes. It was perfect to ski out to the slopes, only difficulty was getting back to the property from the slopes. There is not an actual lift to get back up to the property. There is a handle pull system that was difficult for the little ones to use and we had to walk back up the slope to get to the property. Overall we had a great time!!

Boys snowboarding trip to Beech. Two adults with three kids and plentiful room for all 5 of us. Property is located directly on the snowboard terrain park do you can walk out the back door and go! The only downside there is that if the snowboard lift is not operating there is a bit of a walk back up the hill to get back to the property once you’re done skiing/snowboarding for the day. Still an great spot and a beautiful property!

Cozy home with great location
We enjoyed our stay here. The home was perfect for our group of 7. Although the slope wasn’t open during our stay, we were able to ski down and walk back up the hill. Nicole was great whenever we needed her help and very responsive.
