Terrible experience

For starters, they cancelled one of my two reservations for no reason. They couldn’t give me an appropriate response, and my suspicion is that they did it on purpose to give my room to someone else. Additionally, the website says they offer parking and breakfast included which was rejected once I asked about it. The service was terrible and they did not made me feel comfortable nor welcomed. Would never stay here ever in my life

Al llegar me cambiaron el precio de la reserva y las habitaciones reservadas por lo tanto no se respeto la reserva realizada a través de esta aplicación. Es la primera vez que la uso y me quedo con una muy mala experiencia

They couldn’t find my Expedia reservation was told they do not affiliate nor honor the price. Was was charge 7 additional dollars for everything 50 dollars when using my card to pay for the hostel. Owner offered tours but would increase the price by 2 dollars each person
