There was a trouble with our reservation, and the first night we had a room with only one bed instead of 3, we had a room with 3 beds for the balance of the trip.
It was a little frustrating since we arrived late and really needed to sleep. But at least we had a room.
Rooms are clean and Hotel is well located. Easy to walk to restaurants, thermal pool, market, etc from the Hotel.

That was a little inconvenient, but they did help carry our bags up, and they offered to move us in the next couple of days, but we didn't want to have to pack everything up again. We had a great view of the city, mountains, and waterfall. Unfortunately, we stayed three nights and they somehow managed to never clean our room or provide clean towels. We also had an ant infestation in one corner of our room. The first TV remote we were given was dead and when we exchanged it, they just put it back in the pile to hand to the next person. The breakfast was not good, and I didn't ever eat any of it because I didn't like the options. My husband ate some and we decided just to go down the road for breakfast after that.

Shower water was cold but other than that great service

Really great hotel. Complimentary breakfast was cooked for you fresh. We didn’t recieve any complementary waters though.
