The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Our room faced the front of the building and it was quite loud when vehicles with loud music drove by and especially on Saturday night. The bathroom could use an update. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. And the breakfast was delicious. I would consider staying here again next time we visit Banos.

Hi Laura, thanks for the comments, I'll review the bathroom in your room. The rooms that face the front have the waterfall view and although the noise from the street is minimal sometimes, on busy holiday weekends there can be noise from passing cars albeit not frequently. Our barrio is one of the most tranquil in the town.

This hotel is certainly the absolute best in all of Banos! Do yourself a favor & get one of the 2 suites you will not regret waking up & going to bed with the most exquisite views of the waterfall right outside your window.

I loved the location and the cute aesthetic vibe. The breakfast with the view of the waterfall was amazing. The location was great, near a waterfall, thermal pools and plaza.

It’s a really nice place to stay. The view of waterfall we got in the bedroom was amazing.

What a lovely eclectic hotel. Very unique. Staff is wonderful. Choice of breakfast items and nicely prepared. Close to the hot springs and a wonderful view of the waterfall.
