Trying to be posh, but isn’t working for them!

We have reserved a deluxe room with one queen bed and 1 sofa bed. This has been stated on our confirmation email of the type of room . Once we have arrived, the receptionist gave us a standard room. Which looked nothing like what we have reserved. Going back to the reception and mentioned that we booked deluxe not standard. The guy tried to make excuses stating that each room is different. However, it was very obvious that this isn’t a deluxe room by judging from the size of the room and the size of the bed. It was frustrating how he was giving all sort of excuses as if we are stupid and don’t know the difference. After everything , we got the deluxe room but with no sofa bed and it was stated in our reservation. At this point I had bad impression already didn’t want to make the situation worse so we just accepted the second room . The all inclusive service was quite frustrating. Cocktail wise , all they offered was the sex on the beach and tequila sunrise. For some unknown reason , they didn’t want to make other cocktails. Therefore the whole cocktail menu seemed very limited. The buffet food was great with variety of foods that were well prepared. Drink wise from the machines were very cheap and watery. The spa itself was very good , had a lot of spa rooms and space. The cleanliness was on point. Mini fridge bar in the room was quite empty, we finished all the drinks in one night. The next day and the day after nobody refilled the fridge.

WAARDELOOS HOTEL

Nooit zo slecht gehad, bij het zwembad moest voor de drankjes betaald worden, terwijl het een all inclusief boeking was, onvriendelijk en arrogant personeel. Volgende dag zijn we weggegaan door ontevredenheid. Nooi meer!
