Still the best hotel in Bansko
Posted May 30, 2024 on HotelsI have asked for an upgrade of room due to fact that hotel was empty and telling them I stayed many times - they didn’t upgrade me
Restaurant - only one opened Italian with extremely expensive prices and very few courses
Spa was fantastic especially the aroma massage done by Thai therapist

Massive thanks to the entire F&B team, Ovo for meeting every request, Alexandra for coordinating our reservations, Alex, Persian and Omer for brilliant recommendations. Sara at reception and the entire team. We had a wonderful stay and look forward to seeing you all soon.
