Terrible experience, staff are rude and lie about using the mini bar and tried to charge us before leaving for drinks we did not drink. The maids did not even clean our room or leave us toilet roll, we had to ask for toilet roll every single day, there is a massive sewage problem that makes the bathroom smell like you know what ! Overall the experience we had was not a good one and are extremely disappointed as we paid £450.00 each for 7 nights which is really expensive considering we only had breakfast included, we will not be visiting this hotel ever again.

Good looking hotel but not a pleasant stay.

Room was ok very warm. Spa is average. Not in great condition. Only one working sauna and was great. Pool was warm and pleasant to use. Steam room was working but smelling terrible. Moisture is everywhere. Restorant is not very welcoming food was ok but not excellent. The fire place does smoke and smells everywhere in the communal area.

Having a Fantastic Stay and Enjoyable Holiday then Coronavirus put a stop to everything and Staff wasn’t as attentive or Professional as they could have been

ארוחת בוקר לא מגוונת וחסרת השקעה (כמעט ולא מגישים ירקות או פירות) , גם מה שמוגש לא טעים , אחת לכמה ימים ניתן למצוא מאכל משביע רצון אין קפה טעים במלון בכלל במלון רק שתי מעליות , איטיות נורא , מדלגות על קומות שהוזמנו לכן לא מומלץ לקחת קומה גבוהה שירות חדרים בינוני מאוד , עושים את המינימום הנדרש בסידור החדר והשלמת חוסרים ובמקרים רבים לא משלימים בכלל ( סבונים מגבות וכו נקודת אור יחידה במלון הוא הספא , נחמד אחרי יום גלישה
