I liked how it was in the center of Bao Loc but this was an older hotel. The first room didn't have air but we changed room with air conditioning. Otherwise, it was fine for a night.

Terrible room, no refund

- the room was much smaller than advertised
- the room did not have anything close to a "mountain view," all that could be seen is the building next door
- the air conditioning did not work
- typical setup where the lobby and common spaces are very nice but the rooms are old and dilapidated
- the bed was like a piece of cardboard, massively uncomfortable
- I informed them right away I did not like the room but management would not a give a refund
