Publié le 15 mai 2024 sur HomeAwayL'appartement était propre et tel que sur les photos. L'arrivée se fait avec un code - donc sans assitance. Les propriétaires habitent la maison à côté donc facilement accessible si il y a un problème. Très bien situé, près de tout.

The hosts are very gracious and welcoming and took great care to ensure all little details were included with your stay- from the binder full of recommendations to the fully stocked bathroom with hygiene products, contact solution and anything else you could possibly need!

Fantastic Accommodation

Acadia base
Publié le 23 sept. 2024 sur HomeAwayThe Perch rocked it as a base camp for the two of us. So inviting, great location, and well thought out by Jen. When we wished we had brought a few things, like hot cocoa or a cooler bag, we simply looked around and discovered how prepared our hosts were even when we failed. Sweet Acadia stay!

Bar Harbor & Acadia Trip

Everything was as advertised - clean, very well equipped and a great location for accessing downtown Bar Harbor, Acadia National Park and Mt. Desert Island. Our host, Jen, was very responsive. I would highly recommend this property!

We loved the Raven's Perch

Our host Jen created such a comfortable, well decorated space with lots of thoughtful amenities that were greatly appreciated. Really close to Cadillac Mt entrance and the proximity to the center of Bar Harbor was perfect - walkable for most or a very short drive. We spent a lot of time outside, but were always very happy to come back to the "Perch" where we felt right at home. :-)

Raven’s Perch

As listed the space is only 1 mile to downtown and easily accessible to all Acadia National Park has to offer. Jen has done a terrific job furnishing the 2nd floor space with everything needed be it for a short or extended stay. The accommodation is new, fresh, appealing and quite comfortable. Jen was a wonderful, personable host who offered many options for places to see and things to do during our 3nite stay. Recommend the Bar Harbor Inn for a relaxing late lunch overlooking the beautiful Harbor, the Ocean Trail hike in Acadia and Beals Lobster Pier in Southwest Harbor for lobsters of any size, blackened scallops and a nice selection of wine and draft beers.
This was our first visit to Bar Harbor and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!
