Publié le 26 sept. 2024 sur HomeAwayI would definitely stay again at this property. Location was perfect for Bar Harbor and Acadia. Everything was as described and communication was excellent with the property manager. We loved how quiet it was and we had everything we needed. We will be back!

Great Location between Acadia and Bar Harbor downtown

Perfect location
Publié le 12 sept. 2024 sur HomeAwayThe Chickadee was minutes away from Acadia, which made it possible for us to visit the park multiple times a day and maximize the number of sights we could see. It was also very conveniently located close to Bar Harbor - so we could easily access the grocery store, bike rentals, restaurants etc.
The property itself was very clean and neat, and was in a very quiet neighborhood. The kitchen was well stocked and carried everything we needed for a few days stay. The primary bedroom was spacious although the full beds in the 2 additional rooms were a little tight for 2 adults to share. Overall, we had a great trip, a very convenient stay and would definitely recommend and come back!

Close to evening yet far enough away
Publié le 2 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayYou could easily walk to Bar Harbor or take a five minute drive to downtown. The carriage roads are a short distance away.
The house was well laid out, quiet, and clean. Very comfortable. The host was very easy to communicate with and very responsive.
