Don't do it. You'd be better off in an outhouse
Publié le 3 sept. 2024 sur HomeAwayFlies, flies and more flies. Dead flies, living flies, and half dead flies. If you love flies this is the place for you. You can't even find more flies in the stinkiest outhouse in the U.P. It also had a lovely display of cob webs, and fly fece brown spots all over . The oven comes with a complimentary milk lid ring and trash and more dead flies under the burners.
Needless to say, we did not end up staying at the rental. We left right after we did a walk thru.
The property manager would not and will not respond to us or VRBO representatives. So small claims court may be in our future. We have plenty of pics and video!

Great little getaway

Location,location, location
Publié le 16 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayLet’s start with the good, location is amazing, saw an eagle , the view is amazing. Down side no stove, coffee maker uses those flat pods like in a hotel and I didn’t have those so no coffee to start the day. No dish soap to wash dishes, so had to go buy some and a sponge with a dispenser for the soap so the next person can have it, you’re welcome. So many spiders inside the trailer, I am an outdoorsy person but there were a lot. If you can get past that you will like it, if not this is not a place for you. It is an old trailer don’t have high expectations it is very basic. Plus it has internet so that is a bonus. Over all not horrible.

Beautiful view
Publié le 14 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayOur stay was very pleasant. The down side is there is no beach here but we were able to find a beautiful beach just a few miles away! The camper is older but has all the essentials one needs. The step to go into the camper could be better. We had a couple questions when we got there but the manager was there and took care of everything! Her name is Elvera and she is wonderful!

Beautiful setting and nicely decorated. Host responded promptly when texted.
Difficult beach access. Poor interior maintenance with broken coffeepot; flies due to broken screen; dirty shelves and storage cupboards; lack of instructions to turn on hot water.

The place is reasonably priced. Lovely location. Needs a better step in the door. A couple extra blankets would help for chilly nights.

Peaceful
Publié le 12 sept. 2022 sur HomeAwayThe camper was clean with no bugs. Easy to follow instructions on how to use the furnace. The host allowed me to check in extra early with no questions. I do believe that some of the previous reviews were unfair. I really enjoyed my stay and feel as tho I got my money's worth. Thanks for the stay and I'll be back again sometime in the future.
