Lower Dam Lodge in September

Publié le 13 oct. 2023 sur HomeAwayThe property really was quite lovely. It's an older home that has been carefully and beautifully renovated. Very nicely equipped, it has everything we could even think of. It was as clean as it could have possibly been.
The owners were friendly and helpful. They always responded promptly.
In short I think this was our best VRBO stay yet.

Publié le 20 sept. 2023 sur HomeAwayWe loved watching a variety of huge ships/freighters pass by right in our backyard, on the beautiful, peaceful St Mary's River, several times each day! The house is very clean and spacious with comfy furniture. Be sure to go on the interesting Soo Locks Boat Tour in Sault St Marie. Also, Cozy Corners restaurant is right down the street and has great food and a beautiful riverfront! Thanks for letting us bring our fur babies, Jessica and Chris! Highly recommend Lower Dam Lodge for a peaceful, relaxing, fun and interesting U.P. getaway!

Fishing trip with friends
Publié le 19 août 2023 sur HomeAwayThe cabin was perfect - comfortable, spacious, clean and well-cared for. We spent more time inside than originally intended (Mother Nature was not as accommodating as the property owners) but it did provide a great appreciation for the condition of the cabin. We would eagerly stay again and have made a recommendation to several of our friends to check it out!
