This is a hard one to review because there is nothing wrong with the property but it’s middle of nowhere. Not even taxis are willing to come by. If you are there to see Florence, I don’t recommend staying here. If you have a car it would be worth it.

You arrived frome Florence later with taxi and in the morning you leaved with taxi. Our village is Chianti gateway after you will arrive in other 3 medieval village . In all Chianti area there are not any taxi service and you need to pick bus and to check time table or rent a car. There are really elementary information you need to know before to arrive in this area in all Chianti Village and BEFORE TO PLAN YOUR TRAVEL. So we are very happy for your recommendation and so we will don't riceive some guests like you , because you are inexperienced customer without to know how to travel in some italian locations.Congratulations because you don't know how to plan your trip, you don't respect our work which has nothing to do with transport services and your inexperience and childishness of a young girl. The hosts made us feel like family from the moment we arrived. The room was clean and exceeded our expectations of all the essentials. The homemade breakfast was amazing. The view your the lovely balcony was spectacular. It was one of the highlights of our trip, we would definitely come back! Thank you for your hospitality and attention to the details.

Embora seja bem localizado, precisa de carro para tudo.A hospedagem em si foi muito tranquila e o Paulo, que nos recebeu, foi uma pessoa maravilhosa, acolhedor, dedicado, e muito comunicativo. Tivemos um problema com o horário da nossa chegada por uma sequência de atrasos (avião, trem e aluguel de carro) e mesmo assim o Paulo nos acolheu de uma maneira tão acolhedora que nos sentimos abraços depois de tanto perregue que passamos. O quarto é espaço e confortável. O café da manhã é maravilhoso, com frutas da estação e produtos artesanais de muita qualidade. Amamos nossa Hospedagem. Com certezaaa recomendados.

so che e' lei in quanto quest'anno e' l'unica persona che mi ha prenotato tramite hotels.com , per migliorarci sempre e cercare di accontentare sempre i nostri ospiti vorremmo sapere cosa non e' stato di suo gradimento o cosa secondo lei andrebbe migliorato nella nostra struttura e/o accoglienza. Es un bed & breakfast excelente!
La atencion de los dueños es excelente. La habitación hermosa y una excelente cama. Mucho mejor que la de muchos hoteles de 4 estrellas.
Algunas habitaciones tienen vistas increíbles!

Excelente experiência
Publié le 27 juill. 2019 sur HotelsO local é muito bonito, casa antiga toda reformada. O único problema é não ter ar condicionado, devido ao calor que faz no verão. O café da manhã é sensacional. Donos extremamente educados. Na rua uns 30m tem um restaurante estrelado Michelin, bom.custo benefício.

Great terrace. Great hosts
Publié le 14 juill. 2019 sur HotelsRestored townhouse in lovely village of San Donato. Lots of old features and collection of old memorabilia. Fantastic views over Chianti from roof terrace where breakfast is served. Paolo and Valeria are great hosts and looked after us very well. We will go back again!!!
