The Staff at Catalonia Port was so Friendly and helpful. I broke my ankle while I was there and they made sure I had everything I needed. Room service and transportation was so helpful.

Great hotel for a few days in Barcelona. Near the water as welll as the main shopping area. Place was clean and had everything we needed. Front staff really went over and beyond with cab reservations for our large group!

This is the second time I have stayed at this property in three months. Sadly this time I was allocated a room directly next door to where other rooms were being gutted and renovated during the day the room had all the sound effects of a building site I was moved to a room on a different floor away from the noise, but this room did not have the balcony that I had originally booked. I’m quite disappointed that there was no pre-warning that Work was taking place at the hotel as I would have booked elsewhere. It’s also worth noting that being a member of Catalonia awards means nothing if you book through Expedia.

The staff was exceptional, they clearly are the standard for others to follow. The breakfast and those responsible for the preparation and delivery are second to none; the food was outstanding. However, the staff goes above and beyond to make one’s stay a memorable one. The manager is at the forefront of this pleasant experience, kudos to her and her staff for taking great care of us. I won’t stay anywhere else upon my return.

The hotel was beautiful and the staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. I would definitely stay there again. The front desk attendant even walked me out to my taxi with an umbrella when it was raining. Everything was very clean and there are US sized showers there ( iykyk )

A last minute booking that was just perfect

With a last minute change of plan in our accommodation we booked the Catalonia Port Hotel. What a find….a hotel within easy walking distance of both the port and La Rambla and with a beautiful terrace area to have drinks or a dip in the pool. Staff were really helpful, kind and informative. We were only there 2 nights, but wish we could’ve stayed longer.
