Cet appartement situé au centre, à quelques pas de la Plaza Catalunya et du célèbre Passeig de Gracia, convient à tous les goûts.

Le salon avec cuisine ouverte a un design classique. Tout comme la chambre principale et la deuxième chambre, toutes deux avec un lit double. La troisième chambre de style plus moderne avec un canapé-lit double peut également être utilisée comme bureau ou salon supplémentaire. La quatrième chambre a deux lits simples. Il y a un canapé-lit double supplémentaire dans la deuxième chambre
Toutes les chambres sont climatisées, y compris le salon et ont accès au balcon.

L'appartement est entièrement équipé pour que vous ne soyez pas moins à l'aise que chez vous. Il dispose d'une télévision à écran plat, d'un DVD, d'un accès Internet haut débit Wifi et d'une table à manger extensible pouvant accueillir jusqu'à 10 personnes. Il y a un lave-vaisselle, un lave-linge et un sèche-linge, un fer et une planche à repasser, un coffre-fort et bien sûr des serviettes et des draps propres sont fournis.

Découvrez l'une de mes rues préférées au coin de la rue, la Calle Enrique Granados. C'est une rue piétonne, avec beaucoup de verdure et des cafés, des restaurants, des galeries d'art et de belles boutiques. Venez séjourner dans cet appartement à la décoration unique avec de vieilles touches barcelonaises originales.

La station de métro Universidad est à moins de 5 minutes à pied. La Plaza Cataluña (au sommet des célèbres Ramblas) serait à moins de 10 minutes à pied.

Donc, en plus d'avoir un emplacement très central, il y a aussi des transports à proximité pour vous déplacer dans la ville. Par exemple, pour accéder à la ligne jaune qui longe la côte vers une variété de plages, il vous suffira de 2 arrêts.

Great stay !

Idéalement situé dans le cœur de Barcelone et à quelques minutes du centre historique. L'appartement est décoré avec goût et dispose de tous les équipements nécessaires pour passer un séjour agréable entre amis ou en famille. L'accès à l'appartement se fait facilement depuis l'aéroport et tout est à proximité (supermarchés, transports, attractions touristiques...).

Nice place in an Excellent Location

An excellently located comfortable large classic apartment from late 19th to early 20th century whose kitchen and bathrooms have been modernized. The apartment was well stocked with the various paper needs, towels and soap. The beds and linen were good. WiFi was good. Communication with the host was excellent. Our only problem was we did not have use of a functioning dryer which was disappointing being that was a criteria for picking a property for a large group. They said the filter was bad and they had no answer for our weeks stay. Frankly, the dryer was dated (washer looked to be much newer) and probably needs to be replaced. Also the annoying Barcelona per person (hotel??) tax that they want in cash but won't give a receipt for- they do have an electronic solution for paying the tax that produces a receipt. Bit of a head scratcher. Overall we enjoyed the apartment and Barcelona.

Large apartment in a great neighborhood

We are a family of 8 adults and this apartment was the perfect size for us. The location is lovely, close to great restaurants and shops and easy walk to public transportation. Our check in process was very easy and and communication with the property manager was always timely and helpful.

Large apartment in good location

There were six of us staying in the apartment. We loved the location. The owner of the apartment and the property manager were very good very responsive. It was advertised as a four-bedroom apartment. The door to the fourth bedroom was locked so we could not use it. So, it was really only a three bedroom apartment. The property manager told us the problem would be fixed during our stay, but the problem was not resolved during our stay.

Great, walkable location - helpful hosts

The hosts were super communicative and helpful throughout our week and had great recommendations for area restaurants. The place is spacious, and the nearby pedestrian "street" a beautiful means to get around. Both the Universitat and Passeig de Gracia metro stops are easy walks. Walking to most major attractions is just about 30 min, so it made travelling around with a group of 7 very easy. 10/10 would reccomend.

A large apartment in a central area

Communication with owner and managers was excellent. 4 bedrooms, all with comfortable beds, provided plenty of room for our extended family. Two full bathrooms with plenty of towels and soaps. We did little cooking, but the kitchen was well stocked. Washing machine was kept busy and worked well. The location is very central, putting lots of Barcelona within walking distance. Several metro stations are nearby. I'd strongly recommend this apartment to anyone traveling with a large group.

Wir waren mit 6 Personen für 10 Tage in Barcelona und haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist eine Altbauwohnung im 3. Stock. Sie ist geräumig und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Sie hat eine sehr gute Anbindung an Metro und Bus, dafür hört man in der Nacht auch etwas den Verkehr. Die Wohnungsübergabe und die Rückgabe liefen sehr nett und unkompliziert. Wir bekamen vor der Anreise noch vom Vermieter eine Liste mit Emfpehlungen für Bars, Restaurants und Läden, die sehr nützlich war. Alles in allen können wir die Wohnung nur weiterempfehlen.

Clean, large apartment, great management

We stayed here in March 2022, 6 of us ages 9 - 52. Management is super helpful and charming. Wifi was down, but not their fault. They worked hard to make it right for us. It's a busy street, so expect noise. Not walkable to the main attractions, so expect to take taxis. Comfortable bedding and pillows. Lovely apartment!

The apartment was perfect for us. We were near amazing restaurants, bakeries, and cafes. Lots of parks for the kids. The subway was a very short walk away. Completely safe neighborhood. Nadia and Mich were great hosts, helping us out with umbrellas and arranging the weekly cleaning. Would stay here again!
