Reception staff was helpful. Breakfast was good. But someone kept on smoking weed in the room on our floor which created a very strong odour even though the hotel had no smoking policy. No action from staff. Plus only one lift was working during our whole stay of 5 days.

Festive stay

This has been our hotel of choice for our stays in Castelldefels. Unfortunately, this time two of the three lifts were out of action (our room was top floor) and there was a problem with hot water for a couple of days. That being said, the quality of service and cleanliness were what we've come to expect from a good hotel and we enjoyed our stay regardless.

Nice hotel, worth the price.

Very caring staff. Great breakfast/restaurant. Not much options if you have dairy allergy but that's like most places. The hotel is nice, good location but the rooms could do with a little more in it for a 4.5 star.
