THE HOUSE DELFIN AND ITS SPACE House with totally independent entrance and garden and pool for the exclusive use of guests.
The house is on the ground floor of a large house. The rented house has independent access so that guests can leave their vehicles parked on the access ramp to the house.
This house is located in the town of El Masnou, located in a very quiet and safe residential area.
The house has a fantastic porch to have lunch or dinner with maximum privacy in front of the garden and the pool. On the terrace and in the garden there are sun loungers and chairs to sunbathe or enjoy the friendly Mediterranean climate.
From the porch, you can control the pool to see how the children play, while the older ones enjoy a pleasant evening at the table that seats 8 people.
The house has three double bedrooms, one of them with a double bed.
There is also a games room with an American billiard and dartboard and a comfortable and practical double sofa bed with air conditioning.
The kitchen has direct access to the porch, making it very practical and pleasant for having breakfast, lunch or dinner outside.
The house has a huge living room with an extendable table for 8 people and a large sofa to watch TV comfortably while it has air conditioning in case of strong heat. The house has WIFI.
The pool has comfortable access stairs.
In the garden, which is totally independent of the rest of the house for the exclusive use of guests, there is a large built-in barbecue, to prepare all kinds of grilled meat, vegetables or fish.
The ground floor has been recently renovated (June 2017) so the bathrooms, facilities and furniture are brand new. The warm parquet floor provides a pleasant feeling of comfort.
SERVICES AND COMMON AREAS DELFIN is exclusive to its guests.
PRIVATE PARKING Guests can enter and park their vehicles on the property. They can also park for free and easily on the street. The street is shared with the residents. Guests must respect the direction of traffic on the streets and not park in front of access to private parking lots.
THE GARDEN, THE PORCH AND THE BBQ These spaces are not shared but must be preserved.The garden and dining areas must be respected. The Barbecue must be cleaned after each use.
THE POOL It is private but the rest hours of the neighbors, the bathing suit, and use of the pool must be respected. It also has hammocks for sunbathing and a room with inflatables and toys for the little ones.Included services:Bed linen, bath towels, shampoo, gel, initial kitchen kit.

GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF THE NEIGHBORHOOD
The house is located in El Masnou, a town with a maritime character, with a large marina 1km away, full of good restaurants, bars, pubs, a nightclub, and places to have a drink or a good aperitif in front of the sea. El Masnou is located in the heart of El Maresme, a really quiet and relaxing area, with crystalline beaches, and a promenade that reaches Barcelona, for lovers of cycling or outdoor sports.
The house is near the Barcelona Catalunya Circuit, for lovers of Formula 1, Moto GP or the many events that take place throughout the year.
El Masnou is a town located very close to Barcelona (about 17 km) about 15 minutes by car, well connected by highway, road or train. This town is adjacent to Alella, a wine area, and wineries with a lot of charm to make a wine tourism route through the different vineyards of the Alella Denomination of Origin.
It has many shops where you can buy and taste the local wines, as well as a long list of good restaurants where you can savour the charms of Mediterranean cuisine.
HOW TO MOVE AROUND THE AREA PRIVATE TRANSPORT We advise on how to combine the use of private transport with the use of public transport.- Own vehicle: Some can consider it essential, others not. We recommend it for having more independence.(Read Barcelona section if you are planning to visit Barcelona with vehicles registered outside Spain)You can move around walking, by taxi or taking the train, using the bus or your own vehicle or combining them. Sometimes having a vehicle gives you more independence to explore more places or is more comfortable going shopping. PÚBLIC TRANSPORT There are different services and lines that connect Cabrils with the surroundings and Barcelona- Taxi: There is a regular TAXIS service.All services must be booked in advance.We have the contact of a taxi driver of our confidence in case you want to arrange your transfer to and from the airport in advance. - Bus: Day and night services. Connection with the train station, other towns in the Maresme and the city of Barcelona.- Train: The nearest train station is EL MASNOU. The route to Plaça Catalunya lasts between 25 and 30 minutes.
BARCELONA It is about 30 minutes by car.Currently, there is legislation on vehicles that can circulate within the city. For more information, you can search in your search engine ZBE Barcelona (Zona Baixes Emissions)IMPORTANT: Vehicles registered outside Spain are not classified according to the criteria of the DGT’s environmental label. That is why all foreign vehicles must be registered in the Metropolitan Register to travel through the ZBEs of the metropolis of Barcelona.

We give independence to our guests, but we are available if they need us.We like to be able to meet our guests and offer them recommendations.

In addition, during the welcome, we will do the following:
- Explanation of the rules, considerations, and instructions of the house, along with recommendations to enjoy the environment. - Explanations for check-out. (Departure). - City tax: must be paid upon arrival in cash or by credit card.Cost of tourist tax: € 1 per person and every night, maximum 7 nights, and only people over 16 years old- Deposit: it will be made on arrival through a credit card pre-authorization.- Signature of the house rules.- Signature of the temporary tourist rental contract.

Please, check that you will be able to comply with the house rules before making a reservation. For us, it is very important to respect the tranquillity of the residential neighbourhood where the house is located.

HOUSE RULES
- It is not rented to groups under 25 years old.
- The Rental Agreement of the property for Tourist Season will be accepted when booking and will be signed prior to the delivery of the keys.
- Acceptance of the deposit. This will be done upon arrival by pre-authorization with a credit card.
- All the people on the reservation must identify themselves by showing their identity documents. They will be asked before and during the welcome.
- During their stay, minors must always be supervised by an adult, they are the sole responsibility of their parents/guardians.
- Garbage must also be removed from the accommodation periodically to avoid odors and dirt.
- Among all, we have to respect and preserve the resources we have, please, avoid waste and negligent use of resources.
The waste, abusive consumption or negligent use of electricity, water and gas. It is not included and can be deducted from the deposit.
IT'S NOT ALLOWED
- Host or invite more people than those registered in the reservation form.
- Perform noisy activities (music, loud conversations...) from 9:00 p.m. and before 09:00 a.m. It is very important to respect the rest of our neighbors.
- Organize events, parties, bachelor parties, as well as any inappropriate behavior.
- Use bath towels for the beach or pool. The return of these in poor condition will incur an additional cost.
- Guests are not allowed to smoke inside the house; if they wish, they can smoke in the exterior spaces of the property. In this case, use ashtrays and respect the garden areas, terraces, and/or balconies.
- Groups of students are not allowed.
- No pets allowed.- It is not allowed to charge electric cars using the house power
